      SEAPORT-E

      Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is the Prime Contractor of an elite team for the Naval Sea Systems Command SeaPort-e vehicle. SeaPort-e is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract designed for task orders issued by the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, DTRA, and the United States Marine Corps.

      Team Supported SeaPort-e Functional Areas: Research and Development Support; Engineering, System Engineering and Process Engineering Support; Modeling, Simulation, Stimulation, and Analysis Support; Configuration Management Support; Quality Assurance Support; Information System (IS) Development, Information Assurance (IA), and Information Technology (IT) Support; Program Support; and Functional and Administrative Support.

      Quality Assurance Program: 

      Executive Review Process: The Interactive Government Team provides ongoing executive level review of all current task orders being fullfilled under this contract.

      Ongoing Deliverable Reviews: Team IGH internal review process includes executive and peer technical reviews, walk-throughs, and tests, conducted by the Project Manager. IGH also utilizes the management team and subcontract partners (if applicable), to review each service area.

      Performance Review: Status of services/capabilities and review of previous internal performance review action items, identifying emerging trends
      including metrics, corrective action status, progress in meeting key milestones, including program status and expansion initiatives.

      We schedule the technical interface meetings with the Contract Officer, Contract Officer’s Representative (COR), Government PMs, and local QAPs and quarterly In Process Reviews (IPRs) along with a quarterly Technical Status Report (TSR) and formal program review briefing. We will capture the meeting minutes and these minutes will identify all action items, the associated completion dates, and assigned responsibilities.
